Situated in the vibrant heart of San Isidro, Lima, this hotel excelled in cleanliness, customer care, and value for money. The room, as depicted in the pictures, was spacious and pristine, with a special mention for the invigorating steam room. The attentive staff, notably Janette at reception and Augusto on security detail, added a personal touch that elevated the overall stay.Though the national channels on the TV were limited, the high floor rooms ensured a peaceful retreat complemented by a satisfying breakfast served promptly each morning. The flexibility shown by the management in offering alternative accommodations and a late checkout further underscored their commitment to guest satisfaction.Rivera Inn may lack some extravagant amenities like a business center or airport shuttle, but its genuine hospitality and cozy atmosphere validate its economical appeal without compromising on comfort and convenience.
